Do we need to reverse alternate lengths during the installation?
If so, this is clearly indicated on the outside of the carton and on the roll itself by a fluorescent orange label. You can also check under the technical specifications of each collection.

Are there any special cleaning instructions to follow?
Yes, please read carefully following instructions.

Can I return goods if the customer changed his mind, if too many meters were ordered or if a wrong item was ordered?
Yes, you may return goods in these cases within one month after receipt of the goods and if it concerns minimum 25 m. Upon arrival in our warehouse, the returned goods are checked for damage. A restocking fee will be charged. Damaged goods are not refunded. Transportation charges are on your own account.

Can I file a claim?
Yes, we accept claims if no more than 3 strips have been installed. Absolutely no labour claims will be considered. Application of material is interpreted as acceptance of the material and conditions of installation.

We do not close for summer holidays.
