Solar power

Looking after the environment is important. We are all aware that we cannot carry on in the same way as we have been doing for so many years. 

As a manufacturer, we do our utmost to contribute to the environment, on different levels.  At the source, we always opt for base industrial products which don't contain harmful substances.  Secondly, we try to avoid wastage as much as possible (a.o. by recyling).  Remaining wastage is being disposed of in the most environmentally friendly way. 

Another option is to invest in renewable energy, solar power being among the most popular technologies. Having implemented the above mentioned source measures for quite some time already, Omexco installed a photovoltaic system in 2010,  covering a surface of 1242 sqm of solar panels. The electricity generated represents 50% of our energy consumption, and a CO2 reduction of 100 tons per year.
